Home Care supports individuals with complex medical, clinical, and psycho-social needs that have difficulty caring for themselves and helps them live independently in their homes. Home care is also a great alternative to a Long Term Care facility, access to which is usually followed by long wait times. A home-first approach allows an individual to delay a decision about a Long Term Care facility. We are committed to the needs of the person we serve and their family members and strive to develop trusting relationships with everyone we meet. Our Home Healthcare team can assist with; In-Home Therapy (i.e., physiotherapy and occupational therapy), Home Medical Equipment, Home or Vehicle Modification, Personal Care, Companion Services, and Nursing care.
Who Can Enroll
Persons whose physical or cognitive status makes it difficult for them to partake in a clinic-based rehabilitation program.

Home Medical Equipment, Assistive Devices & Home Modifications
Home Medical Equipment, Assistive Devices, and home modifications help to increase a person’s residual capabilities by increasing mobility, freedom, accessibility, and overall independence. The devices and modifications Integral Health Group provides can range from installing grab bars and raised toilet seats to the set-up of power wheelchairs and stairway lifts. An In-Home Assessment will be completed by one of our occupational therapists before any modifications to determine our client’s specific needs. If you are interested in home modifications, contact us directly.
